Shipping

We carefully pack each ready-to-ship art-jewelry order and currently deliver only to valid United States addresses.

Rates and free shipping

Standard shipping is $5.95. Shipping is complimentary when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $75 or more.

Processing and tracking

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. A tracking email is sent after carrier handoff. Standard delivery is approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, but carrier estimates are not guaranteed and severe weather or holiday volume may cause delays.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact orders@sowkyacollections.com immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or shipment.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us promptly with your order number. Carrier investigations and replacement decisions depend on the circumstances of the shipment.
